The two male finalists were rewarded with a Super Bowl-type ring that had the initials "BL" engraved on the ring's face with encrusted diamonds around the edges. The female contestant received a more elegant yet beautiful ring shaped in the letters "BL" which was covered in pave diamonds. All three finalists wore their rings to the show's finale where Ryan was proclaimed "The Biggest Loser." Shortly after his win, Ryan was photographed for Star magazine still proudly wearing his Kraiko Diamonds keepsake ring.
